Shipping

Courier delivery of your order via the DPD service.

The parcel will be delivered within 3-4 business days.

Delivery on business days only: for purchases made on Friday, delivery is made only from Monday.

For orders over 39.00 € delivery is free, for orders up to 39.00 € the shipping cost is 3.99 €.
The cost of post-payment is 0.50 €.

Returns and Exchanges

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any reason within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods or the conclusion of the service contract.

Suppose the consumer wishes to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract. In that case, they must send a return order to the seller’s contact address along with all samples and documentation, such as the original invoice, instructions, and other documents for the purchased goods.

The consumer bears the costs of returning the goods.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of the delivery of the goods, the consumer is also entitled to a refund of the delivery costs in an amount equal to the cheapest delivery option available.

These amounts will be refunded to the Customer-Consumer immediately, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the return. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made the same way the customer made the payment.

The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract if it concerns:

• goods produced according to the unique requirements of the consumer, custom-made goods, or goods intended for only one consumer;
• The sale of perishable goods;
• Products whose expiration date has passed while the product was in the possession of the consumer;
• The sale of goods in protective packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and whose protective packaging has been damaged after delivery;
• The sale of goods which, by their nature, after delivery, can be inseparably mixed with other goods.
