WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

Immediately available products are usually delivered within 3 to 4 business days. If a particular product is not immediately available, we will notify you by email, including information on how long you will need to wait for that product. Note: For orders placed on Friday, delivery will be made starting on Monday.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

For orders over €39, delivery is free. For orders up to €39, the delivery cost is €3.99. The cost of cash on delivery is €0.50.

DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO A RETURN?

You have the right to withdraw from the contract (return the product) without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods or from the moment of concluding the service contract. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. You will not be able to withdraw from the contract (return the product and request a refund) if it concerns: • goods produced according to your special requirements, custom-made goods, or goods intended only for you; • perishable goods; • products that have expired during the time the product was in your possession; • goods in protective packaging that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (opened products that are no longer in their original sealed packaging) or whose protective packaging was damaged after delivery; • goods that by their nature can become inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; • already opened or used products.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?

The amount will be refunded to you immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive the return. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made in the same way you made the payment.
