Rules and stipulations for using the discount coupon

The coupon for a certain percentage of the order is delivered to the user via newsletter for each user who signs up to receive the newsletter. Coupons are valid for single use only, unless otherwise stated. The coupon is non-transferable, it cannot be sold or exchanged for currency. The coupon has an expiration date clearly stated on the coupon itself. The coupon cannot be used past the expiration date. The coupon is automatically calculated after its activation during the ordering process.

Coupons must be activated before the user checks out. Only one coupon can be used per order. The coupon can only be used for purchases through the DIVOTE COSMETICS web store, unless otherwise specified. Coupons cannot be applied to already discounted products, sales or promotional offers.

Discount coupons cannot be combined with other coupons or promotional codes. In some cases, the coupon may require a certain minimal order value. If this applies, the condition will be clearly stated in the coupon terms / or the minimum order value is €xy.

The coupon cannot be used to buy gift cards. The coupon does not cover the shipping costs. If the coupon does not function due to technical issues or system errors, DIVOTE COSMETICS retains the right to reject the coupon or replace it with another, depending on the situation.  DIVOTE COSMETICS is not responsible for lost or stolen coupons, or their unauthorized use. If an order, which has been paid for using the coupon, is canceled, the coupon will not be returned or reactivated.

DIVOTE COSMETICS reserves the right to change the terms of use of the coupon at any time, with notification to users via website or newsletter.
